Well... it's just another way to say i am picky... the best martinis are the ones which are dry and bitter and sweet and flavored...
so here goes....
3 drops of dry vermouth which you only use half of.....
60 ml of Bombay gin or the South if in NZ....you can feel free to add another half more.....
Stir vermouth in ice and strain in to glass. Coat the glass. and Flick the vermouth out of the glass.
Stir gin in the vermouth coated ice. Pour into glass. decorate with an olive - green.
